I know this may be late for some of you, and some of you may have forgotten,



We are putting on a small display for the Dungarvan Museum on the 16th of May to celebrate the European Night of Museums.

It will be an all-night thing. starting late and going onto late.

It is due to start at 6pm, however I told her that we may arrive a little later. But 6pm should be the time. I might not make it till later.

			<description>Posted about this on the living history forums and i know i've mentioned it to a good few of ye already,

medieval themed camp for Cub scouts, on the 13th and 14th of June, a bit of fighting and a bit of craft stuff, should also be able to do archery demos



There is free food and indoor accomadation and transport from the city to the site (10 minutes past blackpool) can be arranged. 



This will be an easy, relaxed show so please try to come, i really need a decent turn-out for this

			<title>Battle of the Flags 2009</title>

			<description>Battle of the flags will take place on the 24th of January of next year.



It will once again be held in the lower grounds of UCC.



Registration taken on the Friday night in UCC's old bar 9pm-2am and Saturday morning 10 am onwards.



There will be a safety check for all participants an 11am. And we will hopefully kick off at 12pm.



No preset teams this year. All teams will be made out on the day in a fair and impartial manner by experience level and &quot;armoured&quot; level.

The Archaeology Scoiety here in UCC are organising a trip down to Drombeg Stone Circle on the 21st of December for the Winter Solstice. 

It is 5euro to go, and leaves at 2pm and returns after 8pm on the day (21st).



Drombeg is a stone circle that is aligned to the setting sun at the winter's solstice. It is a nice place, and is really cool to watch.
