thats the link to the viking brooches, they are all cast bronze so they're cheap but they're all based on actual finds.

Also andrew, specially for you, cheap bronze ring pins.... lots of them.

They'll silver plate any jewellery, brooches fittings for 50% extra and gold plate it for 100% extra.

They'll also make anything out of pure slver but the price depends on current buillion prices

I'm sure everyone can navigate the site ...

READ BEFORE BROWSING WITH INTENT OF BUYING:

1. Only buy a sword if you have the kit for it. i.e. for norman or later, you need chainmail, shield etc, and for a viking sword you need seriously bling and rich kit (silver things galore and multitudes of tablet weave and embroidary), cause only kings, chiefs, warband leaders would have swords.

2. Research the cross guard and hilt styles beforehand for the period you want to portray, sword traders on websites rarely tell you any information ...

In 1975 a NFB film crew filmed a group of three families, Cree hunters from Mistassini region of Canada. one of the last traditional living tribes in Canada. Since times predating agriculture, the cree tribe have gone to the bush of the James Bay and Ungava Bay area to hunt. We see the building of the winter camp, the hunting and the rhythms of Cree family life.

Although not European, it gives a valuable insight into cyclical lifestyle of hunter gathers.

There is no concrete evidence for Viking tattoos until the day they find some well preserved Viking in a Glacier like they found Otzi but until then we have:

Ibn Fadlan, some arabic Guy who wrote (in his Risala) about some trading 'Rus' Vikings that came along the Volga wrote about things he observed about their culture, most significantly a burial ceremony, how horse were killed etc.

But he also noted down nice what he considered odd little things about these Vikings
