Right.
The Archaeology Scoiety here in UCC are organising a trip down to Drombeg Stone Circle on the 21st of December for the Winter Solstice.
It is 5euro to go, and leaves at 2pm and returns after 8pm on the day (21st).
Drombeg is a stone circle that is aligned to the setting sun at the winter's solstice. It is a nice place, and is really cool to watch.
If anyone os interested, let me know by posting here, or pm me, or if you have my number just text me.
they have asked me to ask to have numbers in by the 5th of december so they can book buses etc.
Also, WE WILL NOT BE GOING IN KIT- Civilian clothes only (unless you want to go in kit)
